I am a dual qualified former solicitor who has been through a divorce myself. Coupled with a wealth of life experience - I have trained as a mediator and divorce coach, as well as a lawyer (credentials) – I know how this works. As well as knowing what works, I know - more importantly - what doesn't.
I look back on my own divorce with pride - we both walked away with our finances and our dignity intact and moved forward with our own fulfilling lives. There will of course be testing times but I believe that the divorce process need not crush you, either financially, or emotionally, if you have the right help in place.
Every divorce is a different human story, If you're not sure where to begin, or feel like you need a different perspective I can help you figure out a clearer way through. There is a welcome shift with some brilliant industry professionals towards non-adversarial routes to resolving blocks to settlement but if you need to go to court (sometimes it is unavoidable) you will need good guidance too. Not least to choose a good lawyer with agility of ADR skills - the courts welcome 'stepping outside the process' where aspects can be resolved directly between you. If you need constructive emotional support (see here) at any stage I can come on board your bench too.

The divorce system can be difficult – if not sometimes impossible - to navigate. I will help you understand your options and how best to proceed. If needed, I can guide you through the process.
First and foremost, we will address what you want as your outcome, before looking at the most effective and cost effective way to get you there. You may well need emotional support in moving through grief and overwhelm. Your solicitor will admit they are under qualified and will have to overcharge for this - please talk to me instead to help you here.
